Administration
At ASL Connections, the administration team is Deaf and is experienced in being the recipient of interpreting services. Professional, certified and highly-qualified sign language interpreting services is our business and we know just how to fit it into your interactions seamlessly and with success. Let us do the heavy lifting of screening, hiring, coordinating and confirming interpreters while you focus on delivering the message accurately. 
Rapid Confirmation
Looking to book an interpreter today, next week, next month, next year? No problem! With ASL Connections, you will have rapid confirmation that an interpreter is booked for your reservation. It is highly recommended that all interpreting requests be submitted with at least a 24 hour notice. 
Feedback
At ASL Connections, we consider feedback a gift. It's the only way we can continue to improve. We are careful to solicit and welcome feedback, constantly embracing change to better serve you. 
We're on time
There is nothing worse than scheduling an interpreter and then being faced with a no-show. We monitor our interpreters, know the best way to route the from one reservation to the next. If anything should go wrong, we will keep you (and anyone else you nominate) in the loop. 
Encourage utilization of certified Deaf interpeters
No one knows the native language better than another native-user. That is why we love Certified Deaf Interpreters (CDIs). Working in tandem with certified hearing interpreters, they deliver smooth, consistent, accurate and effective communication, especially for the most complex of topics. We are the only agency in town that has this CDI specialty.

ABOUT THE OWNER:
Bonnie Goben, CDI, M.S. Bonnie is a native Kansan, having graduated from the Kansas School for the Deaf. She attended Gallaudet University for her Bachelors degree in Psychology and Lamar University for her Master degree in Deaf Studies/Deaf Education. Bonnie holds a certificate in Deaf Interpreting (CDI) through the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID) and is certified/registered in Kansas as well as licensed in Missouri. Bonnie has a strong history in professional development and is regarded as a strong advocate for the Deaf and interpreter communities.
